We are not a medical provider; all care is delivered by independent providers who are responsible for their own licensure. A connection is not guaranteed and availability varies by state. For adults 18+ in the United States.

How a connection works.
You tell us a little about what's going on. We look for a provider in our network who may be able to help. Any care is between you and that provider.
We review your request
A member of our team checks whether a provider in our network serves your state and concern. If so, we pass your request to that provider.
The provider contacts you
If matched, the provider reaches out directly to discuss scheduling, fees, and how you'll be seen. Those decisions are the provider's, not ours.
Your care stays with the provider
Evaluation, treatment, follow-up, and any prescriptions are between you and the provider. Urgent Care Online is not involved in your care.
Our care
Common non-emergency concerns.
Providers in our network may see patients for concerns such as cold and flu symptoms, sinus and ear discomfort, urinary symptoms, rashes and skin concerns, allergies, minor injuries, and prescription questions. Whether a provider can help with your concern, and how you're seen, is the provider's decision.
A note on care: we're a referral service, not a medical provider. Your care is delivered by the independently licensed provider we connect you with, based on their own professional judgment.
Independent physicians and providers
Where available, we help connect you with an independently licensed physician or other healthcare provider who may be able to evaluate your concern.
Provider judgment
Providers in our network are independent, are responsible for their own licensure, and make all medical decisions based on their own professional judgment.
Prescriptions, if appropriate
Only a provider can decide whether a prescription is appropriate. If one is issued, the provider sends it to a pharmacy. Urgent Care Online is not a pharmacy and does not guarantee any prescription.
Hours vary
Some providers may offer appointments outside typical office hours. Availability depends on the provider and your state and is not guaranteed.

We're a referral service, not a medical provider. We don't charge you a referral fee, we disclose that providers and partners may compensate us, and your care decisions stay between you and your provider.
